Description

Waiting in Kashmir was inspired by a photograph I took while drifting down a river in Kashmir in 1992.

This mosaic marks the beginning of what I hope will become Fragments of a Journey, a series inspired by photographs from my travels that have stayed with me for decades. Created with hand-cut ceramic and reclaimed pottery fragments, the work evokes the quiet, misty atmosphere of Kashmir.
